Pre-Competitive Class

The Pre-Competitive Level is designed to ease recreation athletes into the competitive realm of our sport. Athletes will learn and compete in four nationally standardized individual events: Basic March, Forward Motion, Pre-Medley and Pre-Solo Dance Twirl. Each class will include a basic body and baton warm-up, stationary and across the floor dance exercises and instruction of each Pre-Event. These students also have the option of joining a seperate dance class, Theme Corps and/or a Dance Twirl Team! They will attend three local baton competitions throughout the season and have the option of competing in out of town competitions.
